Counseling
Counseling is a therapeutic process where individuals, couples, and families work with a licensed therapist to address emotional, psychological, relational, and behavioral issues. Through evidenced based practices, counseling helps individuals gain deeper insights into their thoughts and feelings, overcome mental health challenges, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. It can be particularly beneficial for those dealing with stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADD, PTSD, OCD, loss and grief, work/relational issues, or difficult life transitions. We accept most insurances. Our out of pocket rate is $200/hour. For more information or to schedule a session please call 708-898-3933 or email [email protected].

Couples therapy focuses on improving connection and attachment, resolving conflict, and building a stronger relationship. Some of our counselors specialize in family therapy to help families navigate through conflicts, improve communication, understand and better manage family dynamics, and strengthen relationships.
