Nathalie creates a warm, calm, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. She honors each client’s unique identity and uses a holistic, personalized approach to support healing, growth, and lasting well-being.
Her counseling style is collaborative and grounded in trust, honesty, and meaningful connection. Nathalie helps clients explore the beliefs, values, and patterns shaping their choices, building self-awareness and emotional clarity. She recognizes that change can be challenging and supports clients with compassion, encouragement, and practical guidance.
Nathalie integrates cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and family systems approaches, adapting techniques to meet each client’s needs. She empowers clients to rediscover hope, strengthen their identity, and move toward becoming their healthiest selves.
Nathalie will earn her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in August 2026. She also holds an MBA from Liberty University and is a certified Executive Life Coach through Fowler International Academy, a certified SYMBIS Assessment Facilitator for marital counseling, and holds certificates in Spiritual and Behavioral Health First Aid (Light University) and Psychological First Aid (National Child Traumatic Stress Network).
Nathalie is fluent in Spanish. Outside of her work, she enjoys nature, time with family and friends, painting, archery, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, reading, and cooking.
